"Great stitching, just a small zipper thing"
Right away, I got the feeling this was well made. The stitching looks really solid and the craftsmanship just comes across as dependable. My only tiny gripe is that the zipper doesn’t feel quite as smooth as I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Decent site, but finding bags took a bit"
The site navigation was okay overall, but it was a little hard to find some of the bags I was looking for. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to browse quickly.

"Pretty easy to shop, but not always the fastest"
I’ve shopped on brahmin.com a few times now, and for the most part it’s been a smooth experience. The site is easy to figure out, and I like that I can browse bags by color or style without having to dig around too much.
The checkout process was straightforward, which I appreciated, but I did notice a few pages were slower to load on my phone. It wasn’t enough to stop me from ordering, but it was a little frustrating at times. Overall, still a good site to shop on.

"Finally, pockets that actually make sense"
I ordered this from Brahmin and I’m happy with it. The pockets are actually useful, which sounds like a small thing, but somehow it makes the whole bag feel better. My phone, keys, lip balm, and wallet all have their own spots now, so I guess that means I’m more organized as a person? Maybe not, but it feels that way.

I really like not having to dig around at the bottom of my purse every time I need something. Shipping was fine too, nothing dramatic there. Overall I’m glad I bought it and would definitely give it 5 stars

"Looks nice, but feels a bit disappointing"
I’ve bought Brahmin bags before, so maybe my expectations were a little high, but this one just didn’t feel up to the usual standard. It looked really nice at first, and the leather seemed fine, but after a few weeks the stitching started to look loose. The handle also has a cheaper feel to it, which surprised me for the price. Overall, it gives off more of a lower-quality vibe than I expected.

Sent my bag in for a warranty repair, and it did take a bit longer than I expected. That said, it came back fixed, so I can’t complain too much

I ordered the black one and was told that’s what I’d be getting, but a brown one showed up instead. Frustrating, especially when the listing and order confirmation both made it seem clear. I reached out to support expecting a quick fix, but they took forever to respond. Just feels like they didn’t follow through on what they promised.

I exchanged a bag for a different color, and in the end everything was handled fine. That said, it took longer than I figured it would, and the updates along the way could’ve been clearer. I get that exchanges can take a little time, but a simple status update here and there would’ve made it less of a guessing game. Overall, it worked out, just not the fastest process.

I waited around for a promo code and... it actually worked at checkout, which was a nice surprise. Saved a decent amount on my bag, and shipping was easy too. So yeah, happy with the discount and the whole order.

"Quality that feels worth it"
I ordered my Brahmin bag from brahmin.com after staring at the photos for an embarrassingly long time, i’m so happy with it. It looked just like the pictures, maybe even better in person. The leather feels strong and well-made, and the color is really rich. Shipping was easy, and everything was packed carefully. It’s definitely not cheap, but I’d rather spend more on something that feels built to last than keep replacing lower-quality bags. I can already tell I’ll get a ton of use out of it. Easy 5 stars from me.

I’ve been buying brahmin bags for years i still love the quality and look of them. I’m usually happy with every purchase. That said, my last experience left me feeling a little dismissed, like my concern wasn’t really taken seriously. Still a fan of the brand, but I wish the customer experience matched the products

"Good-looking leather, a little more delicate than I expected"
As someone who really likes leather pieces that age well, I had mixed feelings about this one. The leather feels nice and looks great at first, but mine started picking up small marks quickly. It’s not a bad item at all, I just thought it would hold up a bit better with normal use.

I was nervous ordering this online because you know how it goes, half the time the color shows up looking completely different and then you’re stuck wondering if your screen lied to you or the listing did. But nope, this one looked just like the photos. The color was accurate, the pattern matched too, and there were no weird surprises. Such a relief. Super happy with it and I’d definitely buy again

"Zippers still feel solid"
I’ve been using my Brahmin bag for a few months now, the zipper still glides really smoothly with no catching. I usually assume daily-use bags start showing little issues by this point, but the gold hardware hasn’t chipped or loosened at all. It just feels really sturdy, which I appreciate since I reach for it almost every day
